Resort Policies
Monthly RV Sites & Extended Stays
Monthly and extended stay guests are welcome for stays of up to 6 months, subject to availability and management approval. Monthly guests must maintain their site in a clean and respectful condition. Electricity may be billed separately depending on site type and length of stay.
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM unless otherwise approved in advance. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee based on availability.
Cancellations
Short-term reservations must be canceled at least 72 hours prior to arrival for a refund, less applicable processing fees. Monthly and extended stay reservations may require additional notice and deposits may be non-refundable. No-shows and early departures are non-refundable.
Pets
Well-behaved pets are welcome. Pets must remain leashed at all times and may not be left unattended outside. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets and for any damage caused during their stay. Excessive noise or aggressive behavior may result in removal from the property without refund.
Taxes & TOT
Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) applies to short-term stays as required by local regulations. Guests staying 30 consecutive days or longer may qualify for TOT exemption in accordance with California law and applicable local ordinances.
General Resort Policies
Quiet hours are observed nightly to maintain a peaceful guest experience. Guests are responsible for following all posted resort rules and safety guidelines. Management reserves the right to refuse service or terminate stays for violations of resort policies, unsafe behavior, or disturbances to other guests.
