Monthly Rates
Sites 3-8 & 11-15:
$775/month + Power (Fast WiFi, Water, Sewer, Trash Included)
Sites 9 & 10:
$1,200/month + Power (Fast WiFi, Water, Sewer, Trash Included)
*additional occupants, pets, and/or car are additional expenses.
Extended Stay Requirements
To help ensure a smooth and transparent experience, please note that a
security deposit of $250 and a standard background check are required for all extended stay guests.
